Our culture greatly emphasizes individuality. As such, it is easy to understand our Journey with Jesus primarily through the lens of ourselves. This is especially easy when it comes to the Sabbath. “I need to rest. I need times of worship. I want to experience the Sabbath.” All of these are good, but we can’t stay in this mindset. Jesus blesses us with rest so that we can turn and bless others. Today, we will see how Jesus lived this rhythm of Reflecting Rest to everyone around him.
