We’ve all heard the expression, “The bigger they are, the harder they fall.” We see this play out in the lives of failed leaders, and the damage it causes. However, we also know this is a temptation we all face, the temptation to think of ourselves more highly and hope the fall doesn’t happen. Today, we’re going to look at one of the giants of the Bible, King David. We’ll see a big man, with a heart set on God, who also gave into his own weakness. How does God respond to David’s weakness? How does he respond to our own?
