It’s been said that everyone has a plan until they get punched in the mouth. We dream up grand plans of walking with Jesus and seeking to experience a greater, deeper spiritual life. And then life can simply punch us in the mouth. When we’re cowering, hurting from all that life has to throw at us, we begin to lose sight of what God is doing in our lives. We might hear his plan for the world, and then see our mess, and ask, “What Plan?” Today, we’re going to see a person struggling with that exact experience. And today we’ll see that God is moving forward with his plan to unite all things in Jesus.
