Jesus Christ came in the power of the Holy Spirit proclaiming liberty to captives and freedom to prisoners. The prophet Isaiah foretold it, and Jesus fulfilled it. After Jesus suffered the cross to break the power of sin and rose from the dead to conquer death, He commissioned His disciples to go and make disciples of the nations. As Christ followers, we are called to take this message in the power of the Holy Spirit to set nations free from the captivity of sin; to proclaim liberty to the nations. Christianity is the hope for all mankind!
