Thanksgiving and Christmas are some of the best times of the year. People are often able to take off work, gather with families, eat good food, and enjoy each other’s company. For many people, however, the Holiday Season brings grief. This could be the first Christmas without a loved one, or tensions within the family are highlighted over dinner.
