Our overall theme for December, the Advent season, is “The Light of the World.”  John writes in John 1:4-5, “In Him was life, and life was the light of men.  The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it.”  Jesus was, is, and forever shall be God’s definitive statement.  As written in John 1:9, “There was the true light.”  No Jesus…no light! No hope! No faith and no joy!

Ah, but the angel said in Luke 2:10:11, “I bring you good news of great joy…there has been born for you a Savior, who is Christ the Lord.”  Can your Journey be described as your Joy Adventure?
