As we continue our series entitled “Rhythms of Rest,” the most common objection given to the idea of rest is one of time. Someone might say, “I don’t have time to rest.” Or “There are too many things to do to rest.” When we say this, we miss the fact that the need for rest is woven into the fabric of our beings. Sabbath is woven into the creation itself. In fact, God Himself rests. Join us today as we see how this rhythm is woven into our design and see how we can create space in our week for Sabbath.
