Rhythms of Rest

Passage: Matthew 11:28-30

We live at a faster pace than any culture before us. We give ourselves so many tasks and try to fit them all into an impossible schedule. These include family, work, school, kids, travel, hobbies, church, and trying to find time to pray. We move so fast, some doctors have started to diagnose people with Hurry Sickness. People full of hurry tend to experience more depression, anxiety, and shame. What is this hurry doing to our walk with Jesus? Is there another way. Today we’re beginning a new series looking at just this question entitled “Rhythms of Rest.” Matthew 11:28-30
